Good mothers, easy calvers

With foundation stock from Chapelton, Fearne and Drumcross, Balgay pedigree Shorthorns are a strong commercial herd of eighty breeding cows. Bulled onto Drumcross Jonah and Drumcross Lieutenant Leroy, who originate from Canadian embryos, the calves so far have proved very promising and will deliver a good outcross from original bulls, Braveheart and Glenisla Zetor.
